Alison Harrington and Fritz Wilson represented one of the firm’s clients, an automobile dealership, in a products liability, breach of warranty and negligence claim by a Plaintiff who claims she was injured based on an alleged defective design of the vehicle. BVH filed a Motion to Dismiss the case with prejudice. Based on the arguments raised in the Motion, the Plaintiff opted to voluntarily dismiss the case against the firm’s client.  Alison and Fritz obtained this result after only one month of litigation.
