Kimberlee Massin
Joliet
Kimberlee Massin is a Partner based in the firm’s Joliet office but also practices out of the firm’s other offices in Naperville and Chicago. Kimberlee’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including dram shop litigation, personal injury, construction, premises liability and automobile defense. Kimberlee has been a partner with BVH since 2009 and has worked with the firm since 2004.
Kimberlee has successfully defended many civil litigation matters through trial, dispositive motions and alternative dispute resolution, including but not limited to, liability defense matters involving the Dram Shop Act, automobile collisions, premises liability, construction liability and property damage claims.Kimberlee received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Illinois State University. Kimberlee earned her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in California through the University's S.C.A.L.E. program. The S.C.A.L.E. program is a unique, American Bar Association accredited, honors curriculum which allowed Kimberlee to complete law school in two years instead of the usual three to four years.
Kimberlee is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois. She is also a member of the United States District Court Trial Bar and Will County Bar Association.
