Nathan Marciniec is based in the firm’s Chicago office.  Nathan’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including the defense of auto, truck, construction, and premises liability injury claims as well as the defense of complex local public entity, municipality, and labor and employment litigation.

Nathan’s past experience includes serving as a certified law clerk in the Indiana Lake County Criminal Courts. Nathan has trial experience and research experience in the Indiana state courts. Nathan was able to gain valuable experience in the civil courts regarding traffic cases as well.

Nathan graduated from the University of Purdue Northwest with a degree in Communications and a minor in Political Science. He obtained his law degree from DePaul University College of Law, where he was a member of DePaul’s National Trial and Advocacy Team. While in law school, Nathan partook in DePaul’s domestic violence practicum, where he helped victims navigate the Cook County Courts and file orders of protection. He also focused his education on litigation, clerking and externing for both the Cook County State’s Attorney and the Lake County Prosecutor’s.

Nathan is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana. He is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association and the Indiana Young Lawyers Association.
