Alison M. Harrington is a partner with the firm and handles a wide variety of cases for the firm's clients throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. Alison's practice concentrates in complex tort litigation, personal injury including auto and premises claims, medical malpractice, local public entity and municipality defense, business transactions and consumer fraud defense.

She has handled numerous high damage exposure cases for the defense involving fatalities and serious injuries. Alison has tried to verdict matters involving drowning, auto liability and medical malpractice. In addition, Alison handles appellate work for some of the firm’s clients and also provides continuing education and training services to some of the firm’s clients and their claims professionals.

Alison has been selected by her peers as a Leading Lawyer in the fields of:

Alison is admitted to practice in the States of Illinois and Wisconsin, the United States District Court for various Federal Districts of Illinois as well as the Northern District of Indiana and Eastern District of Wisconsin.  She is also a member of the United States District Court Trial Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute (DRI). Alison obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa and her law degree from Marquette University. At Marquette, Alison was active in both the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy programs.

Alison has received the distinction of being chosen by her peers as an Illinois Leading Lawyer in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
