Morgan Hochheiser is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Morgan’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including the defense of auto, truck, construction, and premises liability injury claims as well as the defense of complex local public entity, municipality, and labor and employment litigation.

Morgan’s past experience includes involvement in the defense of mass tort cases arising from asbestos exposure and multi-million dollar injury cases arising from medical malpractice.

Morgan graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana with a degree in History and Sociology, with minors in Business and Classical Studies. She obtained her law degree from UIC John Marshall Law School. While in law school, Morgan was a member of the Journal of Information Technology and Privacy Law and its Symposium Editor in her 3L year. She was also a member of the Moot Court council.

Morgan is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the State of Wisconsin, and the United States District Court – Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the American Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.
