Patricia M. Kelly is based in the firm’s Chicago office.  Patricia’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including insurance coverage issues and the defense of personal injury cases and employment related claims.  

Patricia's past experience includes involvement in the litigation of complex insurance coverage disputes and the defense of multi-million dollar injury cases arising from products liability, automobile and truck collisions, construction-site and premises incidents, as well as discrimination claims and civil rights violations. She also has experience in housing authority litigation and regulatory compliance.

Patricia graduated from the College of William & Mary with a degree in History. She obtained her law degree from DePaul University College of Law.

Patricia is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court - Northern District of Illinois. She is also admitted to the United States District Court - Southern District of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals - Seventh Circuit,  the United States Court of Appeals - Eighth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.  She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
