Yousef Ahmad is based in the firm’s Chicago office.  Yousef’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including the defense of auto, truck, construction, and premises liability injury claims as well as the defense of complex local public entity, municipality, and labor and employment litigation.

Yousef’s past experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for a commercial litigation defense firm, the Cook County Public Defender’s Office, and at a plaintiff’s medical malpractice firm.
 
Yousef graduated from Saint Xavier University, Summa Cum Laude, with a degree in Business Management, was a part of the Tau Sigma National Honor Society and earned recognition for academic achievement on the Dean’s list. He obtained his law degree from DePaul University College of Law receiving scholarship for academic merit. While in law school, Yousef was Staffer for the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law, Treasurer for the Middle Eastern Northern African Law School Association, and Member of the Business Law Society. He further received certificates through DePaul Law’s Study Abroad programs in European Business and Commercial Law as well as South American Business and Intellectual Property law.

Yousef is Admitted to practice in the State of Illinois. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Arab American Bar Association, and Muslim Bar Association.
