Nicole Roc is based in the firm’s Chicago office.  Nicole’s practice includes both insurance coverage and civil litigation, including the defense of auto, truck, construction, and premises liability injury claims as well as the defense of complex local public entity, municipality, and labor and employment litigation.  

Nicole’s past experience includes serving as a summer intern for the honorable chief District Judge Shelly Dick for the Middle District of Louisiana and as a law clerk for the US Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Nicole has also served as a law clerk for Brown Sims, P.C. in their New Orleans and Houston offices, gaining experience in legal research, coverage analysis for first and third-party claims, and comprehensive case assessment in complex insurance and liability matters.

Nicole graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Finance.  She obtained her law degree from Tulane University School of Law.  While in law school, Nicole was a member of the Sports Lawyers Journal, where she had her Case Note Published in Volume 31.  She was also inducted into Tulane’s 2025 Pro Bono Krewe which recognized students who performed more than 150 hours of pro bono service.

Nicole is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois.
