An elderly plaintiff alleged more than $110,000 in medical bills resulting from a trip and fall over an uneven surface of a parking lot.  BVH was able to elicit favorable testimony from a treating physician which reduced the claimed medical expenses by over $85,000, resulting in a settlement of just over 10% of the initial demand.
