Carrie Linden is based in the firm’s Naperville office. Carrie’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including dram shop litigation, personal injury, premises liability and automobile defense.Carrie's past experience includes involvement in the defense of injury cases arising from automobile and premises incidents, as well as dram shop.
Carrie graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Social Work with an emphasis in geriatrics. While an undergraduate, she received the Illinois General Assembly Scholarship. Carrie worked in the nursing home industry for several years where she became familiar with Medicare the state regulations. She obtained her law degree from The John Marshall Law School. In law school, she was selected to participate in the PILI (Public Interest Law Initiative) summer program where she researched predatory lending on a national and local scale, completed an internship with the Center for Disability and Elder Law, and was a finalist in the Moot Court competition.
Carrie is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois and is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
