Samantha R. Allumi
Samantha Allumi is based in the firm’s Naperville office. Samantha’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including the defense of auto, truck, construction, and premises liability injury claims.Samantha’s past experience includes involvement in the defense of multi-million dollar injury cases arising from automobile and truck collisions, construction-site, premises incidents. Prior to joining BV&H, she had over a decade of experience in other areas including the defense of legal malpractice, employment discrimination, mortgage foreclosure, estate planning, probate, family law, and general civil litigation matters.
Samantha graduated from North Central College, with a degree in Sociology. She obtained her law degree from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School, with a concentration in Litigation. While in law school, Samantha earned awards in Family Law. She volunteered at the Legal Assistance Center within the Kent County Circuit Court assisting pro se litigants.
