Eric A. Pagnamenta
Eric Pagnamenta is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Eric’s practices focuses on civil litigation, including the defense of auto, construction, and premises liability injury claims as well as subrogation matters.Eric previously worked at a Chicago civil defense law firm where he gained experience in civil litigation, including construction negligence, commercial litigation, and premises liability. He has represented individuals and business clients in response to FOIA requests, municipal matters, and employment law.
Eric graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Economics. He earned his law degree from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he was an editor on the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology, the oldest and most prestigious criminal law journal in the country. Eric also participated in the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center at Northwestern Law, where he advised clients on entity formation and benefits, employment matters, and registered trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Eric is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and United States District Court – Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
