Molly S. Basarich

Molly S. Basarich practices in the firm’s Chicago office. Molly focuses her practice in civil litigation, with a strong focus on labor and employment law, including all forms of discrimination, sexual harassment, state and federal wage claims, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Molly received her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Boston College. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. While in law school, Molly was a board member of DePaul’s Public Interest Law Association and Women’s Bar Association. After her second year of law school, Molly received the Mansfield Foundation Fellowship which allowed her to spend a summer providing legal services to low-income clients at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago.

Molly is licensed to practice law in Illinois. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois.
