Erin Buck Kaiser
Erin Buck Kaiser practices in the firm’s Chicago office where she focuses her practice in labor and employment law, including all forms of discrimination, sexual harassment, state and federal wage claims, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. In addition to employment matters, Ms. Kaiser also has experience in general civil and commercial litigation.
Ms. Kaiser graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. She obtained her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law where she was a member of the Elder Law Clinic and volunteered as a mentor at the Cook County Juvenile Detention Center (Audy Home). Ms. Kaiser also studied legal theories abroad at Loyola University Chicago’s Rome Center and at the University of Oxford, Hertford College. Ms. Kaiser is licensed to practice law in Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Chicago Bar Association's Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Profession.
