Carrie Linden

Carrie Linden practices in our Wheaton office and handles a variety of civil litigation matters. Ms. Linden has experience handling construction litigation, premises liability and auto accidents.

Carrie received her undergraduate degree in social work with an emphasis in geriatrics from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, where she was firmly set on the Dean’s list and received the General Assembly Scholarship. Ms. Linden worked in the nursing home industry for several years, where she became familiar with Medicare and State regulations. Carrie received her Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School, where she completed an internship with the Center for Disability and Elder Law and was a finalist in the inter-mural Moot Court Competition.

Ms. Linden is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and is admitted to the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association. Ms. Linden and her husband have two children and reside in Winfield, Illinois.
