Alison M. Harrington is a partner with the firm and handles a wide variety of cases for the firm's clients throughout Illinois and Indiana. Alison specializes in complex tort litigation. She has handled numerous high damage exposure cases for the defense involving fatalities and serious injuries. Alison has significant experience with and knowledge of the Illinois Governmental Tort Immunity Act and has successfully defended numerous Townships and Local Governmental entities pursuant to said Act. In addition, Alison defends numerous businesses against consumer claims for fraud or breach of warranty. Alison also defends medical malpractice matters which she recently obtained a not guilty verdict in a malpractice case involving a seriously brain damaged infant.

Alison received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Iowa. She earned her J.D. from Marquette University where she was active in the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy programs. She is licensed to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin. She is admitted to Federal District Court Trial Bars in Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. She is currently a member of the Illinois and Wisconsin State Bar Associations.
