Sarah Jin is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Sarah’s practice focuses on civil litigation, including the defense of automobile, truck, and premises liability injury claims.Sarah’s past experience includes property subrogation litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and commercial litigation. In addition, she handled personal injury cases arising from automobile and truck collisions as well as premises incidents.
Prior to law school, Sarah was selected for the Illinois Legislative Staff Internship Program where she researched and prepared legal memoranda regarding public issues and proposed/pending legislation for legislators of the Illinois General Assembly.
Sarah graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in English. She obtained her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. While in law school, Sarah was a Senior Editor for the Annals of Health Law Journal as well as the Children’s Legal Rights Journal.
