Tom Costello and Denise Kruse recently obtained a dismissal, with prejudice, of a large property damage product liability claim against their client, who was alleged to have manufactured or participated in the manufacture of a large commercial vehicle.  Based on claims of spoliation of evidence and lack of evidence implicating our client, Tom and Denise were able to convince the plaintiff that there was no good faith basis to continue to pursue the action against our client, and were able to secure a dismissal of the case, with prejudice, prior to incurring the cost of the Appearance, Jury Demand, responsive pleading or any discovery.  This result is but one of many examples of BVH’s commitment to fast and direct action and focus on economic and efficient results for our clients.
