Adam M. Stefancic received his Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana. He received his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School. Adam practices in the Chicago office in a variety of civil litigation matters including personal injury defense, insurance coverage, asbestos litigation and first party bad faith claims. Adam has experience in the defense of toxic tort cases involving asbestos, mold, manganese, latex and lead. Adam has also defended clients in Federal Court involving CERCLA claims brought on behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Mr. Stefancic is a member of the Illinois Bar and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
